  Appalling experience. She started my car in gear and drove it into the kerb. Then pointed out a couple of tiny scratches in the lacquer that would have been polished out if I’d seen them, and offered me 20% (£600) less than the website valuation. No acknowledgement of the cars overall condition or the long list of extras it comes with. Their staff seem purely targeted on how much they can reduce the website valuation by and don’t even try to pretend otherwise. They don’t even look at most of the car. Oh, and of course there’s the inevitable “manager” who they can pretend to call to try and get you a better deal. Only given one star because I can’t give none. Avoid.
