  Had a voucher from work, for a pair of safety prescription glasses. Been offered the 2 ugliest frames out of a huge variety (since i can't take my money elsewhere, why not give me what can't be sold) and got an appointment for today ( a week later) to collect. Actually, i delayed their original collection day because i was working on that day. Came home from work at 6 am, struggled to stay awake to be there at 12:00 as per appointment.... my glasses are not ready. completely ruined my day, my sleep schedule and for what? Not a call, not an email, nothing. Could've offered me a card with a phone number where i could check if the glasses are ready BEFORE i lost more than half my sleep time and walked like a zombie to their shop to get the great news that i have to try again next week. Horrible, i used specsavers every time i needed new glasses before, never again; ever.
