Unfortunately everything went downhill from there upon arrival of our new sofa we noticed the base of the sofa was damaged reported damage to scs we have since had 3 more sofas delivered which to our utter amazement were all damaged going into the Christmas period still with a damaged sofa nobody seems to care when you phone sales staff good after team complete rubbish
