I received excellent service from all at Natalie French during a particulary stressful snowy run up to our wedding in December 2010 when my stress levels were sky high! The dress and service were amazing and the alterations were exceptional. I choose a different shop in the town for my bridesmaid dresses (purely because they stocked a style we liked) and the communication from them was dreadful, I should have stayed with Natalie French for everything.
