I rang michael as my washing machine wouldn't spin. He gave me advice over the phone and this solved the problem. Very grateful for this and hence saved ourselves a call out and possible repairs. I left a message on his answer machine to thank him and cancel the call out. I didn't expect a call back but he rang us to see if the machine was working properly. Thank you for your kindness. Will be recommended him to others.
