  This chemist never fails to disappoint. The staff need better training and that also includes the pharmacists. I asked my husband to pick up some lidocaine based pain relief gel, as usual didn't have any and gave him some dry skin relief ointment instead, does the same thing he was told!!! I myself previously asked for a cream for an infected cut only to be shown hydrocortisone cream. Even a layman knows you never put that on an open wound. Training seriously needs to be put at the top of their agenda before something happens. Why I persist going there I do not know.
