  Car park congestion slightly eased by the additional exit from the B&Q side but still far too often jams up at busy times, particularly when the Iron are playing at home. For some reason the retail park management have stopped managing football parking with the result that the hour before kick-off and the hour after it finishes are to be avoided. Tesco is a good store, the biggest in the area, but inexplicably has no marked motorcycle parking.

  Some good shops are here, Next, TK Maxx, B&Q, Marks & Spencer's, Boots, Debenhams with a Costa and Subway. Home to Scunthorpe Football club. Has a huge Tesco's too. A pub called the Farmhouse, Pizza Hut, Frankie and Benny's, KFC, McDonald's and a Travel lodge. Didn't get 5 stars because it gets mega busy down there, especially on Match days and traffic gets blocked alot.
